Refund / Return Policy (Made-to-Order)

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item/color/design. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. To request a replacement or refund, contact support@herpergamy.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable). If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and item availability. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Cancellation Policy (Same-Day)

Because items are made to order, we accept same-day cancellations only. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@herpergamy.com as soon as possible with your order number and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line.

Free Shipping Policy (Domestic/U.S.)

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders when you either spend $75+ (subtotal before taxes, after discounts) or purchase 3 or more items in a single order. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligibility is met. Exclusions: international orders, expedited shipping upgrades, gift cards, and separate orders placed individually.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, has a misprint, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact support@herpergamy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation and item availability.
