Shipping policy
All items are made to order. Please allow 48–72 hours for order processing before your item ships. Some items may require additional production time during peak seasons or high-volume periods. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit times. Tracking is provided for most orders; please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement, and reshipment may require additional shipping charges. If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved in tracking for an extended period, contact support@herpergamy.com and we’ll help troubleshoot with the carrier.
